Friday, 4 July 2025 — The Persatuan Warganegara Malaysia hosted a heartfelt farewell dinner in honour of Puan Ezira Mahadi, the outgoing Deputy High Commissioner of Malaysia to Brunei Darussalam, who will be concluding her diplomatic service in the country after three remarkable years. Held at the VIP Room of Mulia Hotel in Berakas, the private dinner was attended by the President Mr. Azlan Ahmad along with members of the Executive Committee. The evening served as a gesture of appreciation for Puan Ezira’s unwavering dedication, close collaboration with the Malaysian community in Brunei, and her continued support of PWM initiatives during her tenure. In his remarks, the President expressed gratitude for Puan Ezira’s contributions and her active engagement in strengthening people-to-people ties between Malaysia and Brunei. He also extended best wishes for her future postings and endeavours. PWM remains grateful for her service and leadership and looks forward to maintaining strong relations with the Malaysian diplomatic mission in Brunei.
