The Persatuan Warganegara Malaysia (Malaysian Association) in collaboration with Radisson Hotel, successfully organised a Blood Donation Drive yesterday, 16th June 2025, from 9am to 4pm, in support of the RIPAS Blood Bank.
The event saw an encouraging turnout with over 150 participants, and 127 successful donors, showcasing the strong spirit of community and compassion.
The event was honoured by the presence of His Excellency Datuk Mohd Aini Atan, the High Commissioner of Malaysia to Brunei Darussalam, who also participated by donating blood marking a meaningful gesture of support.
The blood donation drive bringing together members of the association, the local community, and supportive friends, all united by a shared commitment to a noble and life-saving cause. Mr Sugumaran Nair, the Organising Committee of the association, extended his heartfelt appreciation to the dedicated team from RIPAS Blood Bank for their professionalism and unwavering support in ensuring the smooth and safe execution of the event. Their contribution was instrumental in making the initiative a meaningful success.
