PWM successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, 27 April 2025, at the Radisson Hotel. The meeting commenced at 9:00 AM and was attended by over 100 registered members, demonstrating strong commitment to the association’s democratic process.
The AGM served as a vital platform for members to review the association’s progress, financial performance, and key initiatives over the past year. More importantly, the session provided members the opportunity to exercise their voting rights in selecting the new Executive Committee (ExCo) for the 2024–2026 term.
Outgoing President, Mr. Azlan Ahmad, expressed his gratitude to all members and committee representatives for their unwavering support and contribution during his tenure. “It has been a great honor to serve this community. The strength of PWM lies in the unity and active participation of its members,” he said.
The newly elected Executive Committee comprises a blend of experienced leaders and fresh faces, committed to continuing PWM’s mission of fostering community engagement, cultural preservation, and strong bilateral ties between Malaysia and Brunei.
PWM extends heartfelt thanks to all members who participated and contributed to the successful and smooth proceedings of the AGM. The association looks forward to a productive new term under the guidance of the newly elected committee.
