The Persatuan Warganegara Malaysia (PWM) was among thousands of participants from various associations, national security agencies, public and private sectors, and educational institutions at the 41st Brunei National Day Grand Assembly at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien last Sunday.

With over 30 members representing the association, PWM demonstrated its strong ties with the Bruneian community, embodying unity, harmony, and collaboration.

Held under the theme “United in Achieving the Nation’s Aspiration,” the celebration was a vibrant showcase of patriotism, cultural diversity, and solidarity among all contingents, in the presence of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.

“The participation of PWM in this prestigious celebration reflects our deep respect and appreciation for Brunei and its people. It is a great honor to be part of this national event and to celebrate the shared values and friendships between our two nations,” said PWM Deputy President Ellin Chong.

Brunei’s National Day celebration remains a significant occasion, uniting the nation in commemorating its achievements and progress. PWM continues to be committed to strengthening Malaysia-Brunei relations through active participation in community and national events.
